WTF did I write last night?

Right, I have never cheated before and as far as I know, I was never cheated on.
I think the person I would hate most, is my partner, because of the misused trust.
My ex dumped me and was in bed with a mate of mine a few hours later (also happened in the interesting year of 2006). I can only say, I was glad that she had the decency to dump me first.
It took me a week before I could speak to my mate (I think it hurt him almost more than it hurt me *g*) I sorted it out with him and we were friends after a fortnight or so, but I haven't spoken a decent word with my ex since.
(I have to say that it was a relatively good long-term relationship...)

p.s. the next post was an answer to my original post. When I get back from work, I'll try to start a decent thread to that subject. (Being 'in love' vs. loving someone and my theory why relationships fail these days...)
