hi girls and guys, i was wondering, imo i m pretty decent person but still no replys Sad. is me being an asian treated as an turn off ? Confused
hi elitious hey there are all types of people who visit flirtbox and they include people from all over the world . black ,white ,oriental ,asian and all other races. theres even disabled people that are members too . but if you are not getting any replies at the moment .please don,t think it because of your asian back ground . millions of people love asians as well as millions love other types of race . it,s not about race or colour ! if 1 million people saw your profile and ,let,s say a 1 per cent absolutely adored you then that is actually 10 thousand that adore you ................ now this is flirtbox and on average there are about just over a thousand people that visit each day..and 1per cent of that is ten and guess what .not many people get ten replies in a day .more like in a month (me at least anyway) so stay cool and i,m sure that soon your reply will come. and you will be fussing over who you like the most ....good luck in your search and remember to write something nice and complimentary to the person whom you are trying to get a reply from...may be that is your mistake ....try again

I personally think that your profile is a way of projecting your personality to the outside world, currently I’m toying with the idea of having a short but to the point profile or a long deep one in which there is something in every box. I think that you shouldn’t waste your time trying to think what other people are thinking. Pictures are important to most people so having a good one can only help boost your chances of getting a message.

As an Asian person I’ve never had any problems getting talking to people on sites like this (despite my lack of self confidence). My inbox isn’t jam packed but I do get a few replies and I’ve never experienced any form of racism either…

A tip..

'Hi, how are you' will usually get ignored because girls more than likely get that message sent to them by most guys.

Try reading their profile..pick something out of it, say something relevant, even ask a question about it.

Dont worry mate, your not the only confused person. What is the perfect email to send to a lady? and also do you keep your profile brief and mysterious or do you jam it full of information about yourself? Who knows?!

Exactly.

I got 5 of those today. Guess how many I answered? None. Call me ignorant if you want, but something like that just doesn't impress.

And another one! Confused You just can't reply to every 'hi, how are you?' without repeating yourself. It becomes tedious and monotonous after a while.
