You have to go into 'manage photos', click flirtbox under the pic you want showing here and save... it will appear straight away.

welcome datingdiva.

yep I know the feeling. 6-1/2 years of single life is a pain but I'm used to it. wouldn't mindmeeting someone but to be honest I'm a loner and happy just working until I depart.

if there's someone who wants to make me a happy man, be my guest, hold me, love me and make me smile.

If there's a drought, have you considered using a Dowsing Rod...? A rain dance can sometimes work too, especially if you clap your hands whilst running around the plain...

Puzzles me why there isnt more meeting up going on, especially if there are people on these sites in the same area.

Maybe everyone wants to date people with perfect pics, profiles and persona's?? Not sure everyone will be like that in real life though.

Yes, exactly. I've often wondered that myself but there doesn't seem to be people in my area, but I did make the effort to join one meeting when I was in London.
A couple of weeks ago somebody I've talked to on and off for a few years, said they wanted to meet up and do some outdoor photography, but he seemed to just vanish when I ignored the hint to put him up for the weekend. So I guess he really had a different agenda to what he was telling me.... and not a word since.

The sites do not alwqays work as they are intended. As I've said, these sites work better for me after I have met women...which is probably a paradox. I put it down to being totally honest, and not putting up a front. Fortunatly, everyone I have ever met on the net has been happy to meet me again, from meets and dates. Even the ones from this site, that chose to ignore me on the forums
So there must be some kind of moral there

I do get put up when I meet some women, which is good as it saves on hotel bills. But obviously there has to be a lot of trust...and I have just slept on the sofa and nothing more Smile

And then her husband finishes secretly filming you whilst you're using their toilet - just before you get on the sofa, and are filmed stripping off with an night-vision camera through a smoke alarm or windowsill air freshener!? Never trust any of them... ever! Then you can't go wrong...

I've become more discerning about the people I share my home with these days as I was affected by a couple of people emanating too much negativity around me earlier this year.
I know that sounds a bit whacky, but I am too sensitive and it can upset my 'balance'. Just think about those times you walk into somewhere and think you can 'cut the atmosphere with a knife' then you'll know what I'm talking about.
