Yeah you are quite right at some point.... I have seen some men who really afraid of a confident woman. But a man should be confident enough before approaching a woman... Thats what my woman instinct speaks before going into a *url removed* or friendship relationship... Otherwise he needs to be UT

i have seen a few guys, and they all run away from me as i never ask for help with much, they kepp saying that i am too confedent and one even ignored me for a while because i am not afraid to show i have confedence, then the guys i wanted to see but missed, would have loved me for other things but the confedence is what they noticed about me.
hard to say as there are so many of them and i have seen a couple from foerign lands that moved home because they could not get over my confedence. then i have family abroad and they say its almost oppersite where they are. Surprised

I think my confidence scares men away. And they end up seeing me as one of the boys rather than girlfriend material. The majority of men i know want simpering, pathetic women who can't do anything for themselves and need to batter their eyelashes at them to change a plug! Confused

I have tried to be pathetic and simpering but its just not me Confused Maybe i should try a bit harder!! Cause being confident isn't getting me anywhere,

Maybe you dont seem to attract confident men? what is confidence anyway, a state of mind? i tend to try and take people how i find them, if i like them i like them, if not then i dont, tending not to blend well with egotistical types, maybe confidence gets mistaken sometimes for other traits, such as bossiness for example? not that i am saying anyone here is bossy, i dont know you well enough to say that. just thinking out loud really.... Surprised

Confidence, as was said here before, does get confused with arrogance quite easily. Arguing an issue to the point where you no longer are seeing what it was to begin with that you were trying to voice your opinion on is not confidence, that is bordering on being bigoted and almost manipulative.
I am all fine and dandy when it comes to confident women as they are the ones that will tackle changing the light bulb, so to speak, on their own initiative without having to be prompted. Nothing wrong with that i say.
Now, the bedroom issue should stay there because what goes on in the bedroom is a matter of the bedroom but I can't help not commenting on it. I am quite the slow, sensual, tactile, affectionate type that likes to please first and then get my way. This has nothing to do with being manipulative, aggressive, confident or arrogance as this is just me being a lover. But sometimes i really just want a woman to take me the way she wants. This is not saying that i am wimp, submissive, even though it may sound like it. But giving up the reigns to someone else is good for the soul every once in a while. What percentage of clients that seek out services from a dominatrix do you think are the high powered, high status, high earning single male or females?
How did this get to the dating forum anyway. We are going to scare them all away.
