How people look together shouldn't matter, but I think it does for many people. I know I'm always saying that I don't like to look like a guy's
mother OR daughter, but that's only an issue in public I guess.
You never know who you're gona fall in love with but if it was somebody younger, I don't think I'd pass over an opportunity of love because of what other s thought.

My son was horrified when somebody thought we were a couple haha!!I suppose it's 'cos we looked comfortable in each other's company but honestly he really DOES look like a son. Both my son and daughter look very young for their years.

Funny we were having this conversation at work yesterday .......... while i was outside having a ciggie ........ one of the Ladies from another office was chatting to me about men etc, she use to go for guys alot younger than herself, 20+ years younger. She only started to do this when she hit her mid 40's ......... but got sick of all the remarks like 'its great that you and your son can socialise together' ...... or 'how old is your son'

As she had kids the same age realised it was too embarrasing, and siad she must have been going through a bit of a midlife crisis I know one or 2 guys who have done the same.

i dont think age is a big issue because at the end of the day u cant help who u fall for and its the new craze and its all down to hugh heffnar so i dont care if a oldie message me i jus wont reply but i dont think age is a big deal i mean a 20 yr old guy cud be with a 16 yr old n beat the crap outta her but a 30 yr old could be goin out with a 16 yer old n be the best plus the age limit is 16 so if u reach it then its down to u wat u do with ur life look at all these under age girls avin kids with no fathers around no jobs ect but if a 50 yr old man say ur hot to a 16 old its considered wrong i think people need to reconsider the values of right and wrong no offence to anyone my opinion

It's all down to social acceptance. An example would be whistling at a woman. Years ago, it was acceptable since there was nothing bad intended in it, now it's "sexual harassment". Oh please, someone shoot me for thinking that people may actually appreciate a compliment. Makes me think that these things were made up by those who never got a whistle in their lives - Jealousy. There's a difference between tweaking someone's private anatomy and making a sound that effectively says "you look great".

Same goes with age. If I was a rich movie star or businessman, it would be quite acceptable, in fact even normal, for me to have a partner several decades younger. Since I'm just a working man, I'm branded a dirty old man, even though it's obvious she isn't just gold digging. Jealousy again maybe?

Also, the age of the woman is often taken into consideration. A 30 year old man with a 16 year old girl? That's disgusting! If he was 34 and she was 20 though, it would be acceptable... WHY? Still 14 years difference.

Well my oldest is 26!!! just made me a grandfather for the 3rd time!! plus having been told i attracted the wrong viewers to my profile revamped it completely for me no one under 45!! or over 50!! sensible age differences, perhaps rude and ignorant but then who enjoys being called a dirty old man??

Personally, I don't give a damn what others may think because I am the master of my life, not them. The way I live my life is my decision to make and not for others to dictate. As far as I am concerned, if two people want to live together and get married, as long as they are both consenting age, who gives a marry what the age difference is.

It's a difference in moral standards and everyone has a different place on which they draw the line. because one person draws the line a lot further along, it shouldn't make any difference to anyone unless they step into the bounds of breaking the law.

age doesnt really matter to me its more the person for me and i v been with someone 16 y older than me( i was 19 at the time)
I wouldnt mind being with some one older than me but not so old he d be done with having kid(s) as thts something i d like in the future.

To be honest with you, age has never bothered me.
I actually find I'm more interested in men in there late 20's or thirties more than men my age.
I actually don't tend to find people my age similar to me, so find it hard talking to them.

Age makes no difference. We can all be dead in 6 months. It's how you connect that counts and you may only find love once in your life, so just go for it... live in the now!!!!!!!!

Im now 32 but have datet(lomg term too) someone 16 y older than me and i wouldnt hesitate doing it again so if someone above 40 contacted me i d be up for it but not i wouldnt go over 50, then it be 2 close to my parents age and they prob wouldnt wanna have children either.....
but never say never depends how attractive i find you and how young in mind you are.
