3 words he never wants to hear

Dating would be easier if we didn't have to talk. How many times did you feel you were making a good impression? You looked sharp; your body language was just right, but you botched your chance at romance by saying something that annoyed, angered or terrified your date.

In the world of dating, there are three words you must use with caution; their power is much greater than their length, and they should never be said too early in a relationship. Once said, they can never be retracted.

So here's our top ten list of three words he never wants to hear:

1. I'm seeing someone
You might think that you're being open and honest because you've just met, but in his mind this seems like you're just out to get a free drink or meal. Don't be surprised if he suddenly needs to leave.

2. I'm busy tonight
By being vague you feed his worst nightmare, even if you've only planned to stay home and read a good book. He'll probably call at least twice, and having the answering machine on will only make things worse.

3. This is boring
Okay, you knew you hated wrestling (or going to a demolition derby, etc.), so why did you agree to watch it with him? If he wants to do something that you're not interested in, tell him so beforehand — not during; otherwise, you'll make him feel stupid and angry.

4. Am I fat?
Asking his opinion about anything personal is always fraught with danger, but this question guarantees that you'll be aggravated by anything that comes out of his mouth.

5. Who is that?
Whether he was just looking in the direction of a hottie or you caught him staring, you're not going to believe what he says anyway, so what's the point in asking?

6. Not tonight, honey
Unless you're talking about a late-night snack and how you don't feel like making him a sandwich, this one ain't gonna earn you any points.

7. Meet my friends
Sure, you want your friends to like him, but the last thing he wants is to feel like he's being shown off at an auction. Better to ease him into your circle of friends gradually rather than all at once.

8. I love you
Okay, so this might seem like a good thing to hear, but he won't think so if you say it after only a few dates. A case of too much too soon.

9. Let's live together
Unless he's thinking the same thing, you'll recognize the way his eyes grow wide like a deer caught in the headlights. Don't expect him to remember anything for the next hour or two.

10. Let's be friends
No matter what your reason, he'll take this as the kiss of death, and you'll never see him again.

Number 2-what is wrong with him wanting to call several times in one night, exactly?

These are all such crap.

There is a womanly version to this too. Laughing

It's called: I win, Mine, Meow, Now. (and a very fashionable "Beg your pardon?" at the end) Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

Will follow at some point. Laughing
