I have my second date ever on Friday with a girl I met online...She is a student nurse and seems really lovely and sweet but I am soooo nervous. We are going for a meal then she is taking me to her "thinking spot" on this hillside.

It can't be any worse than my first date though. That was about 9 months ago and she initiated it, then when we got to the end of the night told me she was a lesbian and didn't want to see me again. Quite confusing and embarassing I might even get my first ever kiss on Friday if I am extremely lucky

Thanks again guys...I may not be hugely experienced or even remotely experienced to be honest, but I think that question could be a bit of a date ruiner right at the start lol on second thoughts though, it's a nice amusing ice breaker if she asks why i want to know. or everyone aside from me seems to find it funny at least

ah you will be fine, just be yourself and don't pretend to be what you think she would like you to be like. Ice breakers are easy, and often come easier if there is a little silence at first, just don't get flustered, and talk about anything, if it is there it's there, if not, then no big loss, just have to pick yourself up, dust yourself off and move along.

well i think most guys jokes and stories about lesbians are smutty, but i think i should be safe with mine...and she probably would appreciate the honesty. at least she knows i am not comparing her to anyone else
