oh and btw... the background check thing.. If you can't trust someone to the extent that you'll do a background check, then you might as well not bother in the first place - that to me is just as bad as starting a relationship under disshonest circumstances !

Its common sense to follow those rules. If u have kids always do a background check on the ppl u want to date to make sure their not getting into a relationship just so they can get at the kids. As for paid dating sites dont bother. they wont match u up for ages cause they want to keep getting money off u for as long as possible. Their security is only better cause usually the matches they give u r staff or fake accounts set up by the site just to keep u interested. Aviod eharmony at all costs. its a rip off. They have been banned from loads of countries. They have also been done for false advertising in the UK. U cant see all ur matches for free. they only give u 1 match and u can only see part of their profile. U have to pay to see all of it. U cant ask the Questions u want or even give the answer u want. There is a set list of questions to ask and a set list of answers to give. U have to choose the question from the list and choose the answer u send back. U also have to be a relgious person and belong to a relgioun they recognise or they wont accept u. U also have to earn a lot of money and have a job on their list or they wont accept u. Free dating sites r a lot better and ur more likly to get a match as more ppl will use them. But expect to get a lot more creeps. A lot of ppl men and women use dating sites to get laid nothing more. another reason to check them out if ur gen. Everyone should take a freind with them on a 1st date even the men cause u never know who will turn up. there has been loads of stuff in the media about men turning up for a date only to find the girl is underage. Thats another reason to do a background check. Online dating is a minefield so caution is advised at all times.
