Im having problems with my windows update it wont turn on...

It turned it self off and it wont let me turn it on...

Does anyone no a solution?

I've googled for help and followed a few stages but they didn't help

I think i may have a virus

So when does it come up with that?

Ah well at least as windows itself is running you can run a virus checker to see if that is the problem.

Ok i did a few things and this error came up now saying...


Could not start the automatic service on local computer

error 1085

The service cannot be started either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled device associated with it.



Help!!!

type in the "error code" exactly as it comes up into google and it will come up with links to forums where users experience the same problems, you could find a solution there. good luck lol
