ok any one looking forward to the ps3 in march 23rd and is any body going to buy a ps3?
argos uk online is now taken pre orders for the ps3 so hurry up while stocks last uk is gonna have a limited shortage on the ps3 console

i just pre ordered and bought myself a ps3 with 60 gig hard drive from argos for £429.94 including delivery

No im not looking forward to it, 360 pwn's it and Wii is just too much fun imo, also my PC is about 10 times more powerful than any console out there atm *ebil grin*

Well here in the states the ps3 didn't sell well at all. the only people that bought it were the ones who were going to turn around and sell it on ebay. You can find stores full in stock of ps3's. The wii's on the other hand have been sold out. They come and go real fast. Ps3 is just too much and as it is Sony is losing money on each sold. The wii's which is not nearly as powerful as either 360 nor ps3 has a big pice advantage, great design, comes with a game.

Ps3 is a good but if you have a decent hdtv as it has blue ray built-in.

PS3's suck as they cost a lot and have a poor games catalogue. The console may be good, but if it is both (A) out of people's budgets and (B) has no good games then it is going to fail.

Games on the Xbox360 actualy have better graphics (as they are 2nd generation titles) and have a huge back-catalogue.

Games on the wii are inovative and fun, and the console is inexpensive.

Considering you can get the xbox and the wii for less than a single ps3 - why would you ever want one?

Im a die hard playstation fan but got so bored of waiting for the PS3 I went out and got myself a nice shiny 360.

Was I dissapointed, hell now, fantastic console and made all the better by its ability to play all the games on line. Something the PS2 missed out on and maybe history will repeat itself with the PS3.

The only place in the world that the PS3 outsells the 360 is in Japan.
