"I think cheeky is just looking for recommendations as to free Antivirus/Firewall solutions for Windows rather than a full blown induction into the GNU/FSF world and Linux"!

Hence the reason the first link in my list was a list of free software for windows and a good explanation about what youre getting and practical advice.

The other links weren't just for cheekys benefit but for anyone reading these posts. Do you know how many people have never heard of Linux the GNU or even that truly free software exsists?

To be perfectly honest I missed that link first time round, just seemed like a whole load of far too much information! Its a good link though there's a few opinions expressed in it which aren't backed up.

I ain't arguing byatch, just trying to help Razz

It was just a joke..I was being quite playful last night as I was dealing with a troll with a complete bug up its arse elsewhere. Sorry if it came across as any other way.
