just normal usage, really... ive unplugged it and its running off the battery and its still noisy.

i do use it alot and leave it switched on almost all the time, when it started being really noisy last night, i switched if off and left it off for about 12 hours

noise from the fan is usually overheating in my experience...i mean i don't know much about these things, but when my laptop's fan starts whirring i make sure there is air going on all around it, and it usually cuts out....the noise i mean lol

check the cpu usage of laptop to see if it's high,if it is it could be overheating.other than that replace it.or you could get a can of compressed air and try cleaning the bearings of fan.
