Ah the great Mac/PC debate...

They are both tools (or fashion statements if you are that way inclined), do you go with expensive propriety hardware (that should not have incompatabilities) or do you go with cheaper (that can't be promised to work).

And then there is the OS debate on top...

It is all down to the software you want to run... me it's games so PC all the way though I keep flirting with the idea of dual boot and linux for web/email use.

I just hate it when people seem to have some pre-conceived idea that you know nothing!!
Mac's will be quite powerful with the new Core CPU's, they'll be as powerful as a PC equivalent, for the first time in about 10 years mind you.....

I prefer to build PC's for fun, great knowing you're using a machine ya put together yourself from scratch.

hallo im jist makin my new pc spec core duo 2 e6600 2gig supertalent pc8000
asus pw5b mobo nvdia gx27950 raptorx and i hope is goin 2 kik ass and i agree laptops r good i take mine everywere but i canni play fear or prey on it u seen yhe prices 4 a gamin laptop or a mac we all havent got daddies credit card 2 swipe lol does anybody no ove a good lan party in edinburgh
