Right click your desktop. Click properties, then settings. Below the picture of the monitor should be the name of your graphics card. Could you read it to me?
It'd be difficult for her to accidentally delete drivers, I think she may have just changed resolution or something?

if you can get a copy of drivermagic you wont have to worry about losing drivers ever again. drivermagic scans your pc then looks online for all of the latest drivers for every bit of hardware on your pc, then lists them for you to pick and choose which ones you'd like to download and install
