I use this quite alot but the last couple of weeks it just keeps crashing mid conversation...anyone got any ideas how to solve this frustrating problem???

Mine too this evening particularly but I think I've sorted it, but what did I do now......thinks, oh yeah I downloaded an msn cleaner and it analyzes and sorts it out, sorry I can't remember where I got it from in the beginning as I had a while now. Any problems I get advice from www.bleepingcomputers.com they're helpful there.
