Hi there, my first post here, just wasting some time really and testing this out...so here you go;
I work in Game, and today I bought the first three indiana jones films, made from lego, on the Wii.
the only thing that urked me today was this;
I'm serving a guy who looks about 40 and he's buying indy's lego outing. I see myself as friendly and talktoable. try to make the extra effort. so I mention that I too am buying this game later, and love the lego series.
he looks at me in amazement.
"sorry mate I'm just buying it for my seven year old"
undeterred I announce the game has a brilliant Co-op play and if he has 2 (wii)motes he should really try it out, he might even enjoy it!
"nah I don't really play kids games"
I bag up the game and try not to laugh at him to be honest.
I play the lego games co-op with a mate, since lego star wars on the wii its now a tradition and I can't wait for Lego Batman. but yea, this guy kinda killed my buzz...ignorance is bliss I guess...I hope he tries it.
I recommend it to everyone, I've only done the first film...but its really awesome.
anyone else played it?

yeh picked it up yesterday myself ain't played much more then the first two levels of raiders and Temple not played much of last cursade yet.
still the Lego batman looks fun shame they ain't gonna do a Lego harry potter cos of EA owning the creative rights to video games with HP name.
some people don't undertsand videogames my mother is one of them yet she can spend hours playing soiltare on her pc in her spare time and i laugh at that cos it requires little brain power even though it's a card game.

Well all i can say is there is a 7 yrs old out there who knows how to have fun, shame his daddy doesnt! Maybe the guy was just embarrassed to admit it was for himself? Like the guys who offer to take their little nephews and nieces to the cinema to see the latest cartoon movie?
My mum is 71 and she is GTA mad!
