Downloaded it, entered the contact, then when i want to send an email i'm sent to a blank page. I'm quite the luddite with computers, so when/if you're done pointing and laughing could some kind dude or dudette help this thick sod out?

I'd like to help but I'm not sure what you've actually got on your screen. Have you got messenger open? and are you clicking on the envelopes on the top right to take you to your hotmail?

Indeed i am. when i click on the envelope, it takes me to a blank white page with a tab top-left that says 'untitled' and in the bar it says 'about blank.' i can't seem to write anything. This is whack lol!

Thanks, I guess that's more a window into my life than most other places. I wished more people used windows spaces really.
When I first started using the web about 4 yrs back, I didn't know how to do much at all, but I mainly learned from creating site pages and profiles.
