Started using it and it seems very good at the first look, with some good features.

The multi threading looks good, especially if it stops the browser from hanging or 'not responding'.

The built in task manager looks a good idea as it could be easier to close webpages that have problems.

Not sure it will stop the problems with flirtbox though

Just had a little box up telling me the web page was unresponsive and do I want to wait or kill it. Better then sitting wondering what's happening Very Happy

Not too keen on the way the bookmarks work. For one thing, the browser doesn't have the Google toolbar which is odd since you'd think they would have that built into it. Chrome will only import bookmarks from Firefox itself, not live bookmarks from the Google toolbar, which to me is extremely annoying since all my bookmarks are set up where.. you guessed it, Google toolbar.

Another thing that strikes me about it after using it for a short while is that it's not actually very user friendly. You don't get a lot of user options to change things and set up the browser the way you want it. For example can anyone work out how to turn off the annoying fucking spell checker!?

Apart from that it looks quite nice, and is very fast. Definitely promising but I'll be sticking with Firefox for now.

Hahahaha yes moose, I also have all my bookmarks saved on iGoogle since using the toolbar and thought it very strange that there is no way to import them Confused

I also found that when I went to my inbox on FB the text in my message was way too small to read.

Its very fast though and it'll get a big thumbs up from the clean modern minimalists.

For now I think i'll stick to FF.

If you like FF why not try Flock, it is based on FireFox, but with loads more bells and whistles.

And it looks good...

Firefox 3 has been crashing all over the place for me. I fancy reverting to an earlier version but cant be bothered. In the meantime I've been using Opera which is far more stable and quite pleasant - it even imported my bookmarks from FF automatically. I think it might load pages a fraction slower though, but that's better than crashing!
