Malwarebytes.
Great item to have - it doesn't have active shield protection in the free version, but scanning once every 2 weeks provides great protection.

Avast Home Edition is the best Anti-Virus to use

For anyone who plays high end games on their PC, I'd recommend AVG. It doesn't use so much of your resources and keeps processing to a minimum. Also, it doesn't have this annoying habit of slowing everything down like Norton or McAfee by scanning every file before it's loaded every time it's loaded in a game.

To be true, my experience with norton isn't satisfying, it costs much of the speed & with AVG, its good as long as you browse consciously. AVG can never detect Trojan-horse. I had to re-install quick heal, the paid version for it. Free versions actually don't work.

LMAO at AVAST,NOD, AVG, PANDA and other junk antivirus protectors lol ( are peace of word I would use excuse my french crap )

Best one out there is Kaspersky 2010 Hands down beats every single one of them ( I do software development so I know what I'm talking about )

Most anti's out there what it does is install virus with app so when the limitation time runs out it tell syou that you have viruses.. ( I tested this by reformating my pc with nothing on it and installing each and every one to test what it does )

and best one out of all of them was Kaspersky not only it detects all the latest virusis but it also auto updates it self unlike other ones out there...

I run my own website teaching people how not to get infected and how to stay secure online from hackers...

It's very easy to infect people

I can even infect using normal jpg picture which will have html code hiden inside of picture to get certain info out of person that sees the picture....

Like I said there are many ways of geting infected

If you wanted free tool my sugestion would be

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Just ignore the pirchais part it will still clean everything up and it's free

Scans deep in to HD so might be worth a try Smile

Good luck
