Right...needing you help please peeps

Trying to do my college stuff and theres one thing i cantr figure out on my excel stuff....

How do i copy a certain range of data from one worksheet to another (there are formulas in the range)...How do i keep it so that the values remain as right at this moment its picking up nothing cos its picking up the cell references in the new sheet

Hope that makes sense

click paste special not just paste then click values checkbox, hope that helps. Smile

i was doing the paste special but not values..thanks LV...I knew there was just something i was missing

This should work

=Sheet1!A13

then just repeat it for the cells you want
