I try not to cheat, but sometimes, in gang wars or on missions that I can't get past, temptation gets the best of me.

Just seen a very short trailer of GTAIV.

Wow.

Got a few, but my most favourite of all time has to be Alien Breed

But here's the list anyway

Alien Breed

Have you seen the mod/total conversion thingy for UT 2004 which creates an alien breed look-alike game ? Take a look at it here:

Yea, I've seen it, it's quite good, but it sucks in single player. What made Alien Breed great was playin' with yer mate to the wee hours of the mornin' tryin' to complete it. Razz
Still The UT mod is still pretty good, and if I had more mates willin' to play it, I'd probably love it more.

A don't remember a multi-player option, was that in Alien Breed 1 or 2 and on what platform. I only ever played the amiga versions, and to be honest don't even know if it was made for any other platform.

I used to love Paradroid on the Commodore 64, and a very strange game called Gribbly's Day Out which I think was made by the same people.

Ah, you don't get games like that any more. (Unless you find an emulator and download them)

I also loved Micro Machines v3 on the Playstation, it was a great piece of post-pub entertainment when there were a few people back at the house afterwards.

Alien Breed was a 2 player game, which continued through to Tower Assault, dunno if it was multiplayer in Alien Breed 3D though. Personally I think the Amiga versions were the best. Was released for the PC as well, and I think for the Atari too.

Love the Hey Hey 16K!

I recognised all of those games, it was a flashback to a world of avoiding homework and 'TV tan'.

Bah, by the time 16k machines were around, games were getting bloated as coders got lazy. You wanna go back to a time before then.

Ah, a ZX81 '1k' fanatic. I bow down to your hardcore gaming expertise.

Admit it though, GTA's better.

Metal Slug

A cartoony side scrolling shoot em up. Leave your brain behind job

The Monkey Island games

Hillarious, inventive and very taxing adventure games on the left side of the lobe brain job.
