Am using mozilla firefox browser a mobile broadband usb dongle and i cant watch a vid properly it keeps sticking stopping and starting wondering why and what i can do to rememdy this? It only a recent problem it worked before although admittedly it would stop halfway and pause itself?

Well you could pause it when it first starts to play and watch once the download has finished.
There is usually a bar that when playing the file shows how much you've watched that also shows how much is cached on your pc by changing it's colour, once it's full watch it.

What CM basically said, by the looks of it your internet cant stream the film.
Neither can mine, so i tend to have it on pause for 15-20 min and then by the time ive watched whats allready downloaded the rest of it is allready done
I have shit internet

it could be a number of things, but the usual cause is tracking cookies slowing down your ingoing connection. try superantispyware which is a good free scanner, also asquared which is also free
