hey loo the way torrents work is you download them form seeds and if the torrent doesn't have many seed or more poeple downloading it this will slow the torrent down. it is also polite to allow the torrent ro reseed. does this make sence?

it basically means, the more people who are online sharing that file, the faster it will download...does that make sense.
And once it has downloaded it is always good to not move it and let others download it from you as well so they don't have the same problem
Hope that helped
