A year later the new power box blew a capacitor. This time, I took it apart myself and complained to PC World. They would do nothing about it. The question is this: Am I the only person to suffer from faulty power boxes?

If i were you I would buy a new "kettle" lead.. (the cable from the plug to the PSU)... generally unless your getting power spikes from the mains a PSU willl blow every few YEARS....
i'm interested to know how you know its a capacitor that has blown.........
i have a 400W in this one and a 120W in the server (but am moving to a 12V 60W PSU in the near future
