Home >> Property and Real-Estate >> would anyone hire a property stager/stylist?
28.08.2007, 22:38 quote
if your house had been on the market for a while and you had no offers and no sale would you hire a home/property stager to come in and evaluate and construct a report about your home from kerb appeal and the appeal on each room and the staging of the home with a view to hiring this person to stage your home in such a way that you would get more offers and an increased sales price?
Similarly would you do this is you were a developer who was either building houses for sale (not like barratt homes i mean on a smaller scale) or regenerating structures to sell them on.
the reason I ask is that at some point I am looking at going self employed in property styling/staging and am wondering what the response would be. There does seem to be a demand for it and there are people who do this already but not many in my area. Just wondering what peoples views are
cheers Han x
