I was just wondering whether house prices in the UK will go back to the level of the 90s, before house prices began to rise...



But this would mean, they would drop by at least 50% ?

So no scotland prices then??...take it we aint part of the uk?? Prices are still actually rising here as im finding out when im trying to buy a house. Generally though prices are cheaper up here anyway

But the answer is that unless theres an almighty crash, the demand outstrips supply, so prices are high.

Not in Cornwall they won't, you wanna try to buy a house down here, you'll need a BIG bank balance...........
