The cost of this is probably factored into the price of the new houses that Persimmons sell. You'd also need to read the small print *very* carefully.
It would probably be wiser to ignore this gimmick and try to negotiate a cheaper price instead, if you genuinely wanted to buy a Persimmons house.
Interesting sales technique though.
