Sold one of my houses yesterday, finally completed but I feel bad. Its got damp, doors missing, cracks in the window, boilers playing up and the front door is a bastard to shut....but I made 72 grand on it so what do I care. They didnt want a survey doing so...

Im selling 4 of my houses off as its a real seller market out there at the moment. No point hanging on to them as I only make about £300 of each one a month. That'll free up quite a bit of my own personal money so I may move again myself once the market slows down and prices start to drop.

I'll stop being boring now.

I dont know Scott, will stay down here but have thought about moving back up to Shrewsbury. I'd get so much more for my money up there but I'd have to sell up everything down here and cant do that for 2 years unless I want to pay hefty penalties on my mortgages.

I do like scotland all though haven't been for a couple of years and I find the language barrier a bit difficult to cope with. I shall stay put for two years then desolve the buisness partnership, sell up and retire properly and never work again....not that I do a lot these days anyway lol
