Home >> Property and Real-Estate >> Free evaluation: I will calculate the value of your property
17.05.2007, 07:44 quote
If you want to have your property evaluated by me, just post the details and I will estimate the value of your property....
I only need:
- how much rent you would get by renting it out
Additionally (optional):
- the condition of the house or alternatively the amount of money
you would need to spend to get everything fixed properly (e.g., old windows...new bathroom, kitchen....masonry....the roof etc..
- the rough location
- the energy costs, e.g. how much money you spend on the heating/warm water last year

Toby,
Why have you set yourself up to be a property guru? You seem to know remarkably little about the subject, in fact some of your ideas are downright dangerous. How do I know that? Well I have been in the industry 27 years and am an internationally acknowledged expert in property valuation, investment and development with 3 books on the subject and my own consultancy. I would suggest anyone wanting some accurate information and opinion on this subject should come to me!
Regards
Tim
