The dark green line shows Germany...the blue one the USA, the orange one Sweden and the light green line the United Kingdom.

When the lines go up this means, rents rise faster then the house prices....

When then lines go down, this means rents stay about the same and house prices go up really fast - or house prices remain stable and rents go down.

Quite interesting - all over the world house prices rise faster then the rents....in Germany, everything seems to be different...really odd.

The UK lines looks really dangeours somehow....this would mean buying property to let is not a good idea there....especially in the long-term.
