Just came across a house for sale for 15,000 Euros....it is over 100 years old, has 8 rooms and the price includes the land etc....

Really mad....even the old doors might be worth 15,000 Euros.
It is located in Southern Germany...a couple of minutes away from 2 motorways s and 3 international airports are within 45 minutes, 2 and 3 hours away.
