This time it was the fault of the webhoster 1&1....although I have had several support tickets and called a premium telephone hotline for half an hour - they have not done anything about it 
Now it seems to work again....that was over 32 hours however.

Thanks Toby, we know you always do your best to keep things running smoothly & we do appreciate all your hard work, just glad we are back on again
I spent my time on Ebay & chatting to a very nice guy
but still missed FB

You should try going for short walks first with a friend or relative until you become more confident. Eventually you will be able to do it on your own

The outside world is great when you get used to the colours, shapes and sounds. Maybe my mate chief o'hara will help you.

If you have problems going on sites like these, if you try a fast site like www.bbc.co.uk or similar, and they load up alright, then its probably the website that is having problems. That's what I do anyway
