It depends on whether you are talking about just sex or a relationship? Sex with someone of any age is fine as long as both parties get something out of it as long as it's legal of course. Relationship wise, I normally look for someone no more than three years younger/older than me as it's unlikely that I will have much in common with someone that much younger than me.
