Could be a plan to go elsewhere. I must say that I'm surprised nobody told you how a moderator should behave.

From the above link,
"Among a moderator's enforcement duties is often the duty to stop flaming and keep the board a friendly place, free of personal insults"

So, in your duties as a moderator you've told me to "keep my big mouth shut" and to "piss off". Highly commendable, sir. I am impressed by your good work.

If I could be arsed id actually read that link you posted, …but as I cant I’ll simply point out that you “flamed” another member first, …I’m sure that someone with your superior intellect can even see that. Come to think of it you seem to think you’re superior to everyone on the forum from your previous post, …well here’s a newsflash, your not just a bitter, uptight individul

They really got a gem when they made such a fine upstanding gentleman a mod. Anyway I'll quote you again as it was such sage advice.

"If you don’t have anything nice to say then just keep your big mouth shut."

More sage advice, needs adapting for the web though.

Accent aside, I can only go by what other people say I sound like. Kizz once very flatteringly (I think) told me that I have a deep and hypnotic voice that rumbled. Perhaps she meant I was boring her into a hypnotic state? Oh dear…….

Yes it was a form of flattery Darkhorse... and your very welcome Smile

I think I have a well spoken accent with hints of Yorkshire, Berkshire, London and Cornwall. Depends on who I'm around really.

Not sure what I sound like now. But I'm originally from Dagenham [pronounced Dagnam locally Wink ] so I should have an East London/Essex accent. Which I did have when I moved to Bedfordshire in 1966, and I was constantly taken the micky out of because of the way I pronounced words by the indigenous kids.

Last time I heard a recording I did sound very Londoner, maybe not as it was though. But I am trying to keep my old accent and would rather say 'dann' then 'down' etc

I probably still sound common in other words. My mates still take the micky because I say innit too often, probably from Essex.
