I know I am new to this forum, and don't want to seem like I am a complainer, also, it might have been discussed..but I do have a gripe about this site (still, I like it so far)...BUT...

Doesn't it bother you when you click on a picture of a nice woman on the "men wanted" link and you get a woman who wants only women..also seen a georgous chick and her profile says looking for women, but there she was, on the "looking for men" part...and btw...the ones with the sexy underwear on display all seem to be wanting women...

Wot is happenning?

It makes you wonder if half of the women have signed up just for a bit of self-promotion. Having said that you could probably say the same of the men too. Its a free ego massage for those that need it.

Jumpwings, there are some really wonderful women on the site (and forum, of course), someone will turn up - or not, as is usual in life. Forgive me my random observations - they are usually accurate, although not aimed at anyone in particular. I just find the whole inconsistency thing immensely humourous and tend to pass comment on these quirks of online dating every now and again.

I think some people do treat these sites as a bit of a meat market, and do resent that people might want to have a bit of fun.

But a couple years ago when I signed up to this site I signed up to a few others, and the did indeed ask whether it was small medium or large, and in some cases asked for the size in centimeters lol..that is a hard question for a man to answer

Having been on another forum (completely diferent from the subject of this forum)...I found exactly the same circumstances there, the same people complaining, the same people bullying anyone who didn't share the views of the "elite" and really...the whole experience left me with a very bad taste in the mouth..
However, the culprits got their come uppance, The admin staff/owners realised who they, and what they where and they got booted off the site...It is now a pleaseant and dreamfull virtual land of milk and honey...

Thanks for the reasurance, but I don't expect to find anyone here, I am too gobby, speak my mind, and stand up to bullies ...And this site keeps making my PC go..."Erm..thinking...thinking...aw go to sleep.."...then I have to restart....

I hear wot yer saying, however, as I have already found out with airing yer views on here, and in other sites, honesty is not wot is the required response, more the "what I want to hear"...

Same with in a pub situation, women only talk to the men who tell them wot they want to hear, not wot the men actually want to say, or wot they have to say....

So...

This devalues men, and the men who want to, and indeed have to end up lying to get to, do get the dates/invites home -Wotever...End up being caught out for the liers they are (forced to be), the woman feels like the victim and the world goes upside down...

I am not saying all men and situations are wot I just described, and it's not just men who are the liers, women also (Yep, I've met them) but i am sure you know what I am on about...
