I have a little poll (lol)
I was trying to sleep last night but I had a lot on my mind
First the question then the rules for your answers
Who has it harder men or women? And why?
Ok first im sorry ladies but to make this fair im going to exclude birth and pregnancy, the reason for this is simple no one is stupid enother to argue with that sort of pain (and for the ones that are stick a finger in each side of your mouth and pull till it tears ok that’s not really a good example but umm blokes don’t have as many orifices as females and the only other one I am not touching!!
Men you have to be honest! You can’t answers as I have seen in a lot of other posts with what you think females will want to hear, if you have to talk about a bloke you now not yourself (I hope that makes it easier)

Got to say, i think us lads do have it easier. Takes us 5 minutes to get ready to go out, we get away with pretty much anything, if we just shagged anyone, we'd get praised, not called a slag and hated. The females emotional mind seems more fragile, oh and of course, not matter how hard they try, they still cant drive!!

NB: I am speaking in GENERAL terms, some emotional minds may be stronger that others.

But you still cant drive

FACT: womens insurance is cheaper because they are safer on the road.
FACT: yes women have more minor accidents but FACT: men kill more people in road accidents!

The only reason I would say women have it harder if you're not counting pregnancy /giving birth is that it's STILL usually the women that do the majority of bringing up the kids.... oh, and periods.

I'd put this down to women settling accidents WITHOUT claiming Wink

You know what I mean Razz

EDIT: but for real how do women have it harder? sure and they have periods and birth blah, but think of today's society? they get more or less EVERYTHING they want, they get to be all girly and do the woman thing, but they also get to wear the trousers and fly high in the executive jobs, it really is a womans world now, how any woman can complain is beyond me to be honest.

Could this possibly be because there are more of them? If someone came up with statistics per 100 men/women then fine.

No. It's because men are bigger risk takers. Great in buisness, but deady on roads.

Yeah, but what are the levels per 100 men/women. I did a paper on this during my A-levels, and the accidents that occur on the road per 100 men and per 100 women are actually about the same. The reason more men are involved in accidents is because there are more of them on the road, not because they are bad drivers.

The numbers of accidents are neither here nor there, per numbers of male and female, men cause more serious accidents and deaths.

Lol well I was thinking more on the lines of life in general not really about cars and I did not once consider periods cause who wants to think bout that,
Generally I would say men not for the main reasons stated but more along the lines that men are taught to be emotional crippled,
How many of you have heard a male role model tell a young man “men/big boys don’t cry” or something similar, it strange as most relationships end because the male cant share his feelings that just one example of this society based programming that men endure
Also men have the added bonus of asking females out that puts a lot of pressure on us will she/wont she, we find someone we like trying to be circumspect, then we need to open up a conversation, then make small talk, and then is we still have any nerve left we try to ask about going someplace WOW never easy and don’t get any easier no matter how many times you do it (if females were to do this most blokes would be so surprised we would surly say yes without even thinking)
Finically men tend to pay on dates but yet we are not allowed to be played more for the cost, think what the average date cost times that by how many dates a person does a month? And before you say anything about females have to buy clothes when was your last date when a bloke came naked?

I think us poor women have it much harder, as generally we end up running both his and her lifes, we have to second guess everything guys say and dont say, do everything we can to please society because unfortunatily 9/10 people still have very outdated views on womens roles.
