my wife walked out on me 3 weeks ago and all i do night and day is cry.i try 2 hide it from my 2 kids age 11 boy/14 girl but its very hard"i allso carnt sleep carnt eat carnt watch tv etc.. she comes around most nights to see the kids"when she goes the crying starts again.i feel so down and gulity i thought we had the perfect life then out of the blue she walks out.when will the tears go away my friends .thanks alan

this is a tough situation, but all i can say is the night is the hardest time. You need to find yourself a hobby, keep occupied, and basically go and do things you couldnt do when you had her around. You will start to feel better, happy music always helps for me.

But i PROMISE things will get better. Trust me, what doesnt kill you makes you stronger!

yep, it will get better, its all fresh and raw at the moment but time is a healer. All you can do is take one day at a time at the moment but with each day the pain will ease and you will start to feel better. Its a long hard journey but you will come through it.
