Selling the Big Issue, I still do it and its crap. Another wierd job I had was back in the mid 1980s when I was on a government scheme which was making paper bricks out of old newspapers which were then distributed to people by van to use as fuel along with coal for their fires.

I quess my two months in Sydney was pretty wierd, if just for the circumstances. My boss here told me I would be designing part of the software system but when I arrived the whole project was nearing completion and I probably ended up doing two or 3 weeks worth of actual work max! Thanks for that Bob, nice all-expences-payed holiday to the other side of the planet

No, it wasn't quite that bad.

But it was black & gold. And normally I avoid gold & black things. (Local 'soccer' rivalry)
