The company X4-Tech (Hall 25 Stand P102 on the CEBIT exhibition right now), introduces a DVB-T receiver to be able to watch tv while driving on the motorway - they advertise that you even have a good tv reception at a speed of 200 km/h. This means you have to slow down a little bit to 200

The major problem is probably that sooner or later you wll be outside of a DVB-T area..after some minutes....

of course nearly all car manufacturers insist that fail-safes are built into such devices so that they cant be viewed while going over a certain speed, unless of course they are bought by the driver, but it's just daft imo

Of course, not for the driver....for the passengers. I dont think it is legal for any speed to watch tv while driving. You are not even allowed to use the phone, so i dont think watching tv is allowed for the driver in any country.

The car should also come with a pillow in case you want to take a nap while driving.
