Not sure if the link below will help, unfortunately the detailed instructions are in the staff section of the forum, but I have basic instructions for users on a forum I manage at http://www.americana-uk.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=6596&p=36693#p36693
The principle shown there is the same way it works on the FB forum for YouTube vids.

That's OK. Basically, all you do is add the YouTube BBCode before and after the link, like this:
