Thanks. Last time I didn't go for the follow-up treatment - it isn't very pleasant. I'll really have to go this time though, you wouldn't believe what they do whilst the cystoscope is up there Sad I'm not sure what I shall do with Pebbles The Three-Legged Dog on that day though, I was hoping to use her as an excuse not to go

I really hope I never have to find out what they do with it tbh, whole thing sounds extremely unpleasant, the ordinary down the throat endoscope is bad enough.

I hope it goes ok for you. Might help if you try a bit of self-hypnosis or visualisation, of something totally different, so that your muscles become more relaxed.
