Right..new update:

I was drunk last night, so i decided to phone this bitch and have it out with her.

I can't remember most of what I said, but I did tell her that if she keeps saying shit, i'll kill her.

I think I may have just made things worse. Rolling Eyes

Oh!!! Ooopppsssyyy Laura! I think you really need to talk about this to someone you know you can a 100% trust! Bottling up your anger and frustrations will send you on the down hill spirrel of self distruction. lets just hope this has NOT made things by far worse for you?

I couldn't cope with much more of it.

I haven't heard anything today, though....

Lets hope it stays quiet for you!! But please really do think about talking to someone about it all. You may not realize just now, but! this can cause you so much emotional damage later on..

I tried therapy, counselling for all of my problems over the last few years - Nothing has worked.

I'm already pretty much emotionally damaged anyway. Confused

I can relate to that! Laura...
I know its difficult and i suppose this is why i tend to throw myself into my work ( oh ye i forgot! i am off with anxiety and stress this week!!! ) But usually i do put my energy into work and i have found that has helped a great deal. Plus i have had terrific support off my work colleagues.

I used to throw myself into my college work. I did twice as much work as anybody else, I helped others do their work. I even did extra work that wasn't needed. But that worked out well for me because I came out with a straight distinction.
Now i've finished college for the summer, i'm screwed.

I've gone back to my tidying up ways...tidying every single part of the house over and over............Sad
