I just finished watching it.

Now don't start crucifying me yet - but I didn't like it!

The characters were all awful, even Jack wasn't his screen-dominating self.

The second episode was obviously better, without the ridiculous ending to the first one (revealing the killer was awful) although I did give a chuckle to the guy chasing his girlfriend... then he used the spray and took 'em both home!

The second episode gave a little nod to "species" and it's interesting to see Davis handle sexual material. It still felt a little pervy (oddly after he's done Queer as folk), and it's awful hearing british people swear on what is essentially an episode of Doctor Who minus the Doctor. It's kinda awkward.

I wanted to like it, I really did. I'll give the episodes more time for me to warm up to the cast - but it's just always going to be "that Doctor who spinoff" to me
