Still have really bad toothache. Unable to eat. I can't drink anything hot, or cold.
I managed to numb the pain with Martini last night. Now it's still really bad this morning.
I even took some painkillers when I woke up (And yet again, they made me puke)
I WILL go to the dentist tomorrow...even if it kills me.

Laura if it's any consolation I've got a raging toothache too! try a bit of cotton wool dipped in scotch and place it beside the tooth! better still forget the cotton wool and drink the scotch LOL

You know its best, will be worse if it becomes infected and turns into a abscess..all the side of you face will swell up

Laura can't you get in touch with an emergency dentist?

I'm petrified of the dentist. I'd rather go to the hospital........and I'm scared crapless of them!
I just need to find one of my friends to go with me. Mum won't take the afternoon off to take me.

I'd rather go to the dentist then the barbers, which is odd. That's one of the bonus's of losing my hair, no barbers, I can quickly do it myself
I have a couple mates who are the same, one of them has had a tooth ache for months, I'm keep telling him to go. A month ago his face came up like a balloon with an abscess, but he still wont go
The other hasn't been since he was about 10 and his teeth are horrible.
My teeth are alright though, lot of silver and gold, but still all mine
If I lived near you, I'd hold your hand. Its nothing to worry about.

I have no problem going for check ups..I never miss my check ups.
I have never had any problems..
I will go to the dentist tomorrow.

True if your not frightened, I can go to the dentist without a worry just like yourself, but for some like Laura then it can be petrifying.

My dad was the same..never went for years because he hated them, his teeth got so bad he had to have then all out in one go...Was spitting blood for days, when I was a kid. Had a complete set of uppers and lowers. I didn't like that at all, maybe that's why I always go.

Clove oil really helps, if you can't get none from shop/pharmacy, go to local shop/fruiters/spice shop, get real cloves, place'em in you mouth and they'll release an anesthetic and antiseptic, sorting you out till you get to the dentist.

Yep..I've used cloves in the past. It is amazing and works for short periods.
