Deep-filled bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich.

Why does that make me suspicious?
Why does it sound like Alastair Cambell's 'genuinely authentic' spin.
Yes, there may be something about genuine that is not (sometimes) authentic.
Or is it that authentic occasionally escapes being genuine?
What is it that makes me think he wasn't being genuinely authentic?
