Oh, I sooo do requests...

Today I spent all my time at work sat in front of a computer screen entering invoices and cheques. So I'm just checking in before I give my eyes a rest.

Then I went to college this evening to find out that the tutor wasn't coming, hadn't been in all day, but nobody had bothered to contact any students to stop them coming it.

Today it was so hot, but I took a walk to Amazonia, the new zoo that's opened 10 min. away on foot. They're specialising in South American wildlife but it looks like they still have quite a few jobs to finish off. I took quite a few photos and got myself a season ticket which was half the price I was expecting. So I'll be a regular visitor even if I'm only gona sit on the cafe verandah overlooking the lake and flamingos. It closed at 5, bit early for this time of year

Oh poor u Mike! There was me thinking you had upset ur tummy with the bbq, or what was left of it when we got back in after the pub! Today i walked around work like a zombie, slept in this morning too!!! Really need a few days 2 get over sat night!!

Today i started work at 6am... everything went tits up untill about 11.30 am when one of the office girlies asked me out for a drink on saturday.. suprisingly, since then, it's all been peachy !

I can't help it!

Today I have obtained a new Sony 4GB media player, and cannot believe how good the sound on it is. I thought my old i-River and Samsung MP3 players had good sound quality, but this is something else. It is literally like being stood in the middle of a small room with a wall-to-wall speaker in each corner. And all from this tiny little thing.. unbelievable. I don't think I'll go back to listening to a "proper" stereo now.

I am now in the process of transferring a load of my CDs to it, which is going to take some time as it has space to fit about 100 albums on. And then I must sit and fiddle and work out how to use it properly.
