Today i have a headache, so please dont shout

Today......I'm hungover.

Today I...... finally got the last load of washing on!!!! It's like a ruddy Chineses laundry in here. Next time they do this to me, they wash their own..... by hand!!!!!

Today was my turn to teach the kids at church....we made a huge maze. I also got my curtains (after 3 months!!)

Today i woke with a bit of a hangover ....... tidied the house done some washing, went to visit my mum in hospital, and making dinner now ... early night for me tonight

Today, i woke up late for work, got there eventually and managed to open the shop on time! ha ha
i got there ten minutes before should have opened!

Today i trained my guts out for 2 hours, seriously, i nearly threw up half way through bassai-dai LOL

Then i visited my mum and siblings and had a lovely tea and now im here hehehe

today instead of cycling to work as usual i took the bus, on my way home i witnessed 3 separate road rage events, its a dangerous world we have created.

Today I...Got really annoyed because some little brat on the bus kept kicking me....and then the kid's mother asked why I was giving her dirty looks.. .

today i worked out again after enjoying a 2 week rest from it

today i installed my new sound card and recorded some new material WEWT
