Today I'll say good luck with that Laura, quite a lot to take on in one go. Should feel better for it.

After hayfever season at least. Hitting me quite a bit now, a lot later than previous years. Sad

So sorry you're feeling too hayfeverish.....I had a miracle cure for my hayfever about 7 years ago, don't ask me how 'cos I suffered every symptom imaginable since a child and for a longer season than most sufferers.... but one year I just had a few 'heavy chests and sneezing'in the May then it didn't develop into a full blown illness.... I was so disbelieving that it could just vanish like that, I began running through the cow parsley and long grass by the river to test it. I'm cured, but I can still tell the days when I would have been badly affected.

Today I have decided that once I am better, I will be making some changes.

Give up drinking
Stop smoking (seeing how I haven't actually smoked since I got ill...this shouldn't be difficult!)
do more exercise
eat more healthy stuff.

That does sound like a good plan Laura. Be aware though (if you aren't already) that it is when you are out drinking that you will really crave a smoke. Also, giving up smoking and taking on a new exercise and diet regime could prove tough if you jump in to it all too quickly. I would advise you to start off slowly and build things up slowly because all at once could be a bit stressful. But good luck and I hope you make some good changes Very Happy

I am aware of it...that is usually my downfall Laughing

I'm already back swimming(well, started it again before I got ill.... Mad) so i'm just kind of easing into it. My diet was never really that bad - it's just a few things I need to cut down on/give up...like pizza Laughing

and thanks
