I am just wondering, what you think of the new design for the forums?

You don't have to post anything here, unless you want to, just cast a vote (anonymously!).

This isn't meant as a dig at anyone, I just want to know what you all really think without anyone worrying about being labelled an arse-kisser or a miserable old bugger. (that'll be me ).

Like I said though, NOT meant as a dig in any way, but I get the feeling that the results of an anonymous poll would be more accurate than just asking people to post their opinion.....

Bring back the old one.

This isn't really aimed at just regular posters, it is aimed at anyone who wishes to vote.
The idea of it being anonymous was so that people can say what they really think easily without worrying about upsetting anyone.

It doesn't matter how many people vote but it is the ideal opportunity to help.......

Also, it is a bonus that you can't see the results until you have voted yourself, cos it will make for more 'accurate' results, if you kow what I mean....

Conceptually it is fine but there are some fundamentals that are pissing people off...like...

inability to jump to a particular page of a thread from the topic list.

Unclear indication of unread topics

Unclear indication of what page of a topic you are in

Unable to see last post by in topic list

Quoting still doesn't seem quite right to me

I think those things alone would make it easier to use and a bit more popular.

Does anyone have trouble logging on first time using firefox on the the forums?
