It obviously didn't depress you enough to point it out to a mod though did it?
If you see any 'casual racism' that goes unchallenged, it is probably because it has been missed by one of the mods.
It is really hard to follow EVERY posting on here all of the time, and if you see something that you find offensive, then either PM Caz or me or any mod here, and we WILL sort it out.

Like I said, it is easy to criticise things that others do (or don't do), but me personally, I only entertain the constructive type of criticism....

There used to be a wider range of age groups, with some people older them me believe it or not. It was also probably a lot more busier 18 moths ago. Although it has picked up recently.

Not really a lot on here for me now, too be honest.

Hmmm, this is something that desperately needs to be addressed too.
Lately there has been a real lack of serious posts on here, And I am unsure of how to fix that problem.
Some really valuable members have left lately, or stopped posting their usual nuggets of wisdom, and although I am a swine for having a bit of a laugh, there have to be some serious posts too.
I think that there seems to be a pressing need for some sort of chat room here/on the main site, where people can chat away about whatever they like, and that would stop the lunatics taking over the asylum (so to speak).
The general flirting that goes on right now between the younger generation (now I sound like an old man) is getting a bit much, an I think leaves some people feeling slightly excluded, but that is not really a valid reason for lack of serious topics (as opposed to mindless insanity/flirting topics).
It is unreasonable to expect any subject to be completely void of the occasional flirt or joking comment, but the current trend of spiralling out of control HAS to stop. (Yes, I'm to blame as much as anyone else, but I am currently working on my people skills too).
If anyone on here has some sort of idea/suggestions on how things could be made better, then they could be posted here, PM'd to me or put in the suggestions section, as I am sure everyone has an opinion on this matter, and I think they should be heard..........

(rant over now )

Mr Mack, You do act your age sometimes... Laughing

But there used to be an IRC chatroom for forum members to chat and flirt and be nonsensical in. However like all things it was initially bloody popular, then older members thought it was going to take over the forum - someone had a massive thorn in their paws about it, People just slowly forgot about it.

Since then it's fallen into the "not used anymore" pile.

With all due respect the Mods, who are burdened themselves, can people just learn to moderate themselves a bit?

Before some of you fly off the handle - i'm requesting it - not ordering it.

The religious beliefs thread was a serious topic - and it was, for lack of better words, raped graciously. Nevermind what happened to the "attention whores" thread.

All well and good being wacky and funny - i enjoy it too - but too much of a sweet thing makes anyone throw up.

Well, I can't do anything about the posts in this section ( Sad ), otherwise I would have done something about the two topics you mentioned, but I can do something about the Fun & Games section.
It seems to be turning into a chatroom of sorts, with very little regard to the actual topic being posted in.
I think everybody knows now who wants to bone who, it has been drummed into our heads ten times over, so in future, people start posting 300 repetitive posts a night in any of my sections, they will be getting a slapped bum. (If that doesn't work I'll just lock the topic ).
It is gonna be hard to let people have their fun, without it going OTT, but I'm up for the challenge. Very Happy

I've been using it over a year, and you were already here when I started, so its got to have been longer than that mate.

I've been using the forums for almost a year (happy birthday to me, happy birthday to me.....) but have stopped posting as much as I used too, mainly because of some of the issues mentioned above - i.e. threads going completely off-topic for 2 pages whilst people talk shite about what they'd like to do to each other and basically using the forum like it was MSN. I don't really see the point in making useful or constructive comments in some threads when they get lost in all the drivel.
